Introduction LOQATR Pty Ltd (“LOQATR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and payment gateway requirements. This Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned and exchanged.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Only products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects or operational failures are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, without signs of intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear.

  • Items that are torn, damaged due to customer misuse, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Policy

  • LOQATR Pty Ltd does not offer refunds for returned products.

  • Approved returns will be exchanged for the same item or an equivalent product of equal value if the original item is no longer in stock.

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, LOQATR may issue store credit at its sole discretion.

4. Return Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our support team via email at hello@loqatr.com.

  • The email should include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting images where applicable.

  • Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for returning the product.

5. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • If a return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or fault attributable to LOQATR, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item.

  • If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria for return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

6. Defective or Ineffective Products

  • If a product is determined to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, LOQATR Pty Ltd will replace the product at no cost to the customer.

  • If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications, it will not qualify for return or replacement.

7. Processing Time

  • All approved returns and exchanges will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item.

  • Customers will be notified via email once their return has been processed.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding a return, LOQATR will review the matter based on the provided evidence and issue a final decision.

  • Customers who wish to escalate a dispute may contact their payment provider or relevant consumer protection authorities.

9. Governing Law This Returns and Exchange Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
